Residential: The sale of family homes is the largest source of our business and we have sold thousands of homes since our beginning in 1994. Getting the most money for your house with the least inconvenience to you is the goal. When you hire us to sell your home, you are buying a proven Marketing system and a Professional Service.
Condominium: The sale of condominiums is governed by special legislation in MB called the Condo Act. When buying or selling condos, one must understand these requirements as well as grasp the advantages/disadvantages of this type of ownership. Condominiums have evolved from basic apartment style to luxury family homes in the past few years. There’s a style for everyone.
New Homes: New Homes construction has boomed these past few years. We have new homes specialists working with many builders such as Kensington Homes, Foxridge Homes, Broadview Homes, and Sterling Homes. We also represent Randall Homes, Touchwood Homes as well as many customs builders in Winnipeg, West St-Paul and Selkirk. We can also help you through the process of buying a new home with other builders as well.
Relocation: We are Registered Suppliers of Relocation Service for Governement, DND and RCMP employees. This means we have agreed to meet the negotiated standard of service for the government and are able to assist you in selling your home when leaving Winnipeg or buying a home when arriving to Winnipeg.
Investment and Commercial Real Estate: While this segment of Real Estate only represents a small fraction of our business, We can help you sell or buy Multi-Residential Properties (4 plex, small apartments building), other income properties (income properties, duplex, Tri-Plex) as well as smaller commercial building and Land.
